The Harris Victory Fund is a partnership between Harris for President, the DNC, and 51 State Parties to support Democratic victory up and down the ballot in 2024.

The way it works is:

The first $3,300 you donate will be allocated to Harris for President for the general election

The next $41,300 will be allocated to the DNC

The next $510,000 will be split equally among the Democratic state parties from: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY

Any additional funds beyond that, up to $926,300 will be allocated to the DNC

So in other words, if you give ≤ $3,300, it’s all directly going to the Harris campaign. And amounts beyond $3,300 will go to Democratic organizations working hard to get her elected. (You’re not allowed to give more directly.)

No. This is a “joint fundraising committee”—think of it as a way to basically let you contribute to multiple different causes all at once.
